Buffet:
You can choose your own menu buffet, with Proteins, salads and sides. We will arrive before your event starts to set up and stay 2 hours of service, includes disposables plates and utensils.

We offer several ways to serve your special events catering, so you can find the best option for your needs

Sit Down Dinner:
Sit-down menu have their food served directly to guests while they remain on theirtables

Peruvian Catering Packages

Buffet premium

(Up to 25 guests)

3 hours service
1 Salad,1 Starter, 2 Main Course.
Full table setup with appropriate linens, chafing dishes or warmers, ladles, and serving tongs.
Beverage served in a dispenser.
Clean up service after dinner ( only food station)

Buffet deluxe

(Up to 25 guests)

3 hours service
1 Salad, 2 Starters, 2 Main Courses, 1 Drink ( Sweet tea or Lemonade).
Full table setup with appropriate linens, chafing dishes or warmers, ladles, and serving tongs.
Beverage served in a dispenser.
Clean up service after dinner ( only food station)

Imperial Appetizers

(Up to 25 guests)

2 hours service
5 Type of Appetizers, 1 Tray of veggies, 1 Tray of Fruits, Charcuterie Board.
Serving Staff to set up and refill
Appetizer Station set up / Decoration
Disposables utensils
Clean up service after dinner ( only food station)

Deluxe Appetizers

(Up to 25 guests)

2 hours service
3 Type of Appetizers, 2 Type of Sweets, 1 Tray of veggies, Charcuterie Board.
Serving Staff to set up and refill
Appetizer Station set up / Decoration
Disposables utensils
Clean up service after dinner ( only food station)
