Born in Lima, Peru, Chef Carlo Mori has been passionate about cooking since childhood. He trained at Cenfotur and later specialized in Peruvian, international, and Nikkei cuisine. In the United States, he honed his skills in American and Mexican gastronomy. Recognized as one of the top 35 Peruvian chefs in the U.S., Chef Mori brings his culinary artistry to every dish.
